What is Crusher?

Application

How it works

Application

Hammer crusher is not only used in mining, road & railway construction, metallurgy, cement , ceramic industries, but also the most common stone grinding equipment. It is designed to grind soft or medium ore and used as secondary grinders. The moisture content of the raw material is less than 10-15% so that the material is not blocked during the grinding process.

Application

Roll crusher is one of the most widely used grinders in many industries, such as coal, salt, clay, bauxite, limestone and mining. It is designed as a secondary grinder of brittle minerals. It is mainly used in the treatment of wet sticky feeds. Single roll crusher are used to grind frozen or agglomerated materials.

Depending on the size of the ore, there is a flat type and a spike type. The flat roll type is applied when crushing raw materials with small particle size, and the spike type is applied when primary crushing raw materials with large particle size.

Application

Application

Rod mill is widely used in mining, chemical industry, powder metallurgy, glass and other grinding industries. It is mainly designed to grind products such as coal and coke evenly. When used for coarse grinding, it has higher throughput than ball mill, and the product's input size is 15 ~ 25mm and 1 ~ 3mm after grinding. Both wet and dry grinding is possible. In order to increase the grinding efficiency and lower the grinding cost, the multi-stage grinding method is adopted. It is also used as the primary fine grinding machine.
