Our Solutions

Clarifier

clarifier (사용).jpg

Technical Features

Applications

      * Sludge Recirculation Type

Apply a coagulant aid to the raw water to

floculate the impurities and mix them with

the newly introduced water to grow into a

large floc. Some of the larger flocs that

have grown continue to circulate in the

compound, some periodically take out, and

clean treated water is released through the

         trough of the water surface.

     * Sludge Blanket Type

If impurities that cause turbidity are raised

from the bottom of the sedimentation tank by

injecting coagulant aid into the raw water

and growing into a large floc, the large floc is

balanced with the rising speed and stopped in

the water to form a layer of sludge blanket.

At this time, the water separated by solids

passes through the blanket layer, and is

filtered through the trough of the water

        surface.

  • Suitable for raw water conditions with small changes in turbidity and water temperature.

  • Suitable for raw water conditions with  little variation in water flow rate.

  • Clarifier that combines coagulation, floculation and sedimentation tanks into one.

  • Clarifier is a device that injects a coagulant aid into the raw water to remove turbidity-causing impurities such as mud particles, organic matter, bacteria, colloid, etc., so that the sludge produced after the floculation of suspended solids is deposited and gets clean treated water.

Pressure Sand Filter

Technical Features

Applications

  • Pressure sand filter is a Granular Loose Media Depth Filter that captures particulates in porous materials. The filtration rate is 5 to 15 m/h, the Sand efficient size is 0.5 to 1.2 mm, and the Bed depth is 0.6 to 1.9 m.

  • Backwash process starts at 0.5 kgf/cm2 pressure drop on the filter bed, and the backwash flowrate is pumped backwards through the bed until it is fluidized and has expanded by up to about 30%.

Technical Features

Applications

  • Three or more media in one filter vessel and typically anthracite, sand, and garnet to be used as Media.

  • More effective in removing turbidity and longer operating periods between backwash cycles than single-layer sand filter.

  • Remove particles of size 10 μm to 25 μm while single-layer sand filter can generally remove particles of size 25 μm to 50 μm

  • Food & beverage

  • Medicine process

  • Pre-treatment for demi.system

  • Swimming pools

Activated Carbon Filter

Technical Features

Applications

  • Effective removing of various organic substances, taste, smell, color, residual chlorine contained in the water through absorption and filtration of activated carbon.

  • Easy operation management with automatic operation configuration.

  • Impossible to remove dissolved minerals and there is a possibility of microbial growth.

  • Food & beverage

  • Medicine process

  • Pre-treatment for demi.system

  • Swimming pools

Reverse Osmosis Unit

Reverse-osmosis-trains.jpg

Technical Features

Applications

  • Membrane separation process to separate and remove low molecular weight organic matter and dissolved salts within 0.001μm in size.

  • The Membrane module type includes plate & frame type, tubular type, hollow fiber type, and spiral-wound type for use in accordance with the conditions of the treated raw water.

  • Membrane materials to be selected in consideration of the chemical composition, temperature conditions, pH, etc. of the raw water and module type to be selected in consideration of the solid concentration, viscosity, and pressure loss of the raw water.
